Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, full papers of up to 8 pages in two-column, no less than 10pt font, IEEE conference proceedings format, including references, figures and tables. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through EasyChair web site.
Authors of accepted papers are required to register at regular registration rates in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and on IEEE Xplore digital library.
GOSP 2008 will strictly enforce the following Dual Submission policy
1. Once submitted to GOSP, a paper cannot be submitted to another workshop, conference or journal.
2. A paper that is under consideration elsewhere, including a workshop, conference or journal, cannot be submitted to GOSP.
3. If material has appeared or is likely to appear in another workshop, conference or journal, the paper should indicate so. This is only acceptable if the GOSP paper provides substantial additional results compared to the earlier or pending publication.
